How the dates work
MahaRERA Order No. 33/2022 requires promoters to update quarterly progress on the portal within 20 days of each quarter's end. Each QPR covers bookings, construction progress certified by the architect and engineer, and the finances certified by a CA.
Form 5, the annual audit report on the use of project funds, is due within six months of the financial year ending. MahaRERA has extended these dates in some years by order, so check the MahaRERA website before relying on a date.
